Whimsy Soul is a husband-and-wife team at its core. Cofounders Kara and Robin both grew up in Wisconsin, met in college, and ran away together to San Francisco in 2015. That’s where Whimsy Soul got its start.
Kara initially created Whimsy Soul as a way to get to know her new home and to connect with like-minded women. But what began as a hobby soon became Kara’s primary passion. Robin started behind the scenes, and behind the camera, before also joining Whimsy Soul full-time in 2018.

Just like when they first packed up and moved out West on a whim, Kara and Robin always go on their adventures together as partners. Today, Kara and Robin and the entire Whimsy Team work to create inspirational lifestyle content that helps women around the world find their everyday magic.
