I’m always trying to take care of my body (and mind!) but it can be challenging because I’m not someone who likes running. I don’t like hanging out in gyms and have never really clicked with group classes.
In college, I biked to class every day (even in the winter!) and that was enough cardio for me. These days, Robin and I love to take evening walks in the city.

We’ll pick a new neighborhood and walk a few miles. It’s such a fun way to combined exploring and moving our bodies. A different scene each night, I can’t get bored!
I got this new work out outfit from Target this week and took it for a spin on a warm night near the Golden Gate Bridge last week. Guys, this evening was STUNNING! Usually, it’s cold and windy up here, but this evening is was warm and calm.
Pelicans were floating in the air and everything was popping with color. Working out doesn’t JUST mean running on a treadmill or going to spin class. It can be anything you like doing that also gets you moving. You can find me most evenings here. Or in the Golden Gate Park. Or maybe taking a stroll by the painted ladies…
