12 Delicate Sheer Tops To Style Over Bralettes

I’m super drawn to sheer tops lately. As a curvy gal, I steered away from anything that ~reveals~ a lot for the longest time, but right now, I’m really into the look of layering a sheer top over bralettes for an edgy look.

After getting some new gold layering necklaces, I realized they look BOMB layered over sheer tops. So I threw caution into the wind, broke the fashion “rules” that curvy gals shouldn’t wear sheer, and have low-key been wearing my two black sheer tops a few times a week.

Here, I also broke the rule that black and blue should never be worn together… also that black and tan should be avoided together. I personally love the color palette of all three! I paired my sheer top with a sherpa jacket, which just happens to be on sale for $20 right now! I just got this Coach purse in from thredUP (found it for $50!) so I had to take it for a spin.

I was on my way down to South Bay to visit a friend. We were literally just hanging out in her kitchen drinking margarita and eating pie for like, 4 hours, but since I work from home, I take any chance I can get to dress up.  Shop my outfit below!

Right now I’m talking myself out of buying 5 new sheer tops that I *probably* really don’t need, but dang they’re just so fun and pretty. Especially with warmer weather on the horizon, I can’t wait to style more sheer tops with shorts and skirts for the summer.
